Why do dark circles appear and how can we combat them?

The persistence of the dark circle can cause a subsidence in the basin looking lower than the cheekbone. However, it can also have the opposite effect and stand out, so we will be facing the so-called bags that can be water or fat and usually flaccid to the touch.  In the case of the latter, the solution is to go through the operating room for a lower blepharoplasty.
